“Matt Hoover worked on 3 of my homes. I wouldn’t use anyone else. Look further down to read about the work he did. He is a licensed, insured contractor. He is a perfectionist who can do any type of remodeling work – cabinets, tile, paint, electric, plumbing, decking, windows, doors, etc. He is dependable and cleans up after himself. What I appreciate about him is he doesn’t assume anything- he will ask you if a change needs to be made or something unexpected happens. He is also great at overseeing the work of other contractors that I hired.

I hired him 20 years ago to rehab a home – windows, doors, additional walls, paint, refresh kitchen and baths. He did the work while we were living there!

Next home was a complete overhaul – almost every wall was knocked down, and new windows, doors, flooring, fireplace and paint. Master bedroom and bath was built where kitchen was plus 3 additional baths redone. Matt suggested a redesigned staircase that provided a bigger entryway. He also raised height of garage door opening, built pergola, installed beautiful gates and front doors, and built a fire pit. Also oversaw new stucco and paint on exterior of home.

Third home involved new kitchen that was doubled in size, floors, paint, 3 bathroom remodels, flooring, laundry room, new 2nd story deck and best of all – opened the wall between kitchen and dining room to provide an ocean room from the entire first floor. He added a bench by the front door, took care of termite damage and built something to hide the AC unit.”
